SHIPPING TERMS
Your purchase will be shipped within 2-7 days after received payment. We surely send the mail with shipping confirmation and track number. You can track parcel using omniva.ee or track-trace.com . Typically, the time of parcel delivery rarely exceed 30 days. In case of a delay, please, check status of delivery follow track-trace.com . The track number you can see in the mail on confirmation of sending your purchase. In case of difficulty, please contact us specifying the track number.
PARCEL INSURANCE
You can order parcel insurance upon additional request. The cost of insurance services is 7% of the listing price. If you want to order a parcel insurance, please add it to order comment.
DAMAGES ON DELIVERY TERMS
If in the course of delivery the item is damaged through our fault, we completely compensate the item cost, cost of shipping and cost of the return posting of an item. In this case free repair of an item and 100% compensation of postage are possible too (on your choice). If the item is damaged because of the post company, that, regardless of insurance existence, we will offer you FREE repair an item in our laboratory. In this case, unfortunately, we cannot compensate you postage. Please contact us before you leave negative feedback, and we will do our best to remedy the situation by providing a full refund of the price.
WE COMBINE SH&H TO WORLDWIDE
Your order will be shipped from Estonia, EU, thus, when receiving a parcel outside EU additional customs payments are possible. Please, specify the amount of customs payments in your customs department. We combine shipping the items bought within one week. Buying from us more than one items, you can significantly save on shipping. Please, be attentive, it is necessary to add the weight for combine shipping of items. Our primary shipping company is Omniva Estonian goverment post, we use it as default. Also we can use EMS and DHL Express courier post services. Please add comment to your order if you need courier shipping service.
